My main physical activity over the past few days has been using a chipper to connect some of our better puddles into rivulets leading to sewers, that I've also opened up. The City hasn't sent anybody or equipment to do that, yet every single sewer opening around here is under, typically, four inches of ice. However, it does occasionally sent trucks to scarify the icy moguls -- thereby filling in all my rivulets. Not helpful.
