Roads are narrow, with all the accumulated snow. I used my bike this morning to go get my car at the garage, oh, maybe 8 km away. Drivers were being pretty good -- mind you, I was going against the traffic, and I made a point of letting vehicles pass me whenever I could. Side streets are of course hilarious (read: unrideable, so I walked), but the main arteries, and also the main secondaries... not so bad.

Oh, coming back to it, between my experience, roads I used, being against the traffic flow, people ACTUALLY BEING CAUTIOUS when coming upon a bike (scary times), and decent road shape (except for narrowness), it was actually a slowish, but not really risky ride. Enjoyable even. I do understand people thinking 'that guy's crayyy-zy!', though!

In the last half-hour, I had your show outside on da FM-aggig, while attempting to move a half-ton of blower snow. Not my alley way, but the one across the street was half-filled a meter high with the stuff. Which I thought wasn't very clever of the sidewalk snowblower guy -- however tough the job is.
