My Grandfather was a Toronto Mounted Policeman in High Park.... I once saw a Police Horseman chase down & ticket a park speeder!! Was cool!! The driver had his mouth open...."Wha the...?"

You doubt a Hillbilly story!!! Yeeee of little faith!;-) Wilket creek park, Toronto, winding, twisty paved drivethrough....speed limit posted @ entrance....probably 10mph....guessing, don't remember....car speeds in...@ ? guessing 20! Forget!? Cop sees him & cuts across grass to cut him off & get in front of the guy....succeeds! Guy was driving a hot car & showing it off! He was attending our Staff picnic lunch. Forget how much fine was....he became a TTC bus driver & got lost in a suburban housing development 1 st day on job!! Obviously had bad karma about winding roads... like this story!!;-) Peace!🌹

My Grandfather was shot on the job. Crawled out alley to main street....lived. Never caught the shooter. He was a tough Man.
