This week it's time for some fusion for all kinds of reasons including two fine fusion shows happening over the next few weeks. First it's the Monday Collective Fusion (Sean Duhaime - Guitar, Andrew Ferderber - Drums, Chris Pond - Bass) at Le Petit Chicago each Monday for February and then there is Jazz Fusion Night at the House of Targ with Rakestar Arkestra + PB&Funk on Feb. 20 which is part of the "Out There Sounds" series being curated by local guitarist Wayne Eagles. So tonight a who's who of fusion for the un-initiated or for anybody really.
