Publishing models are shifting and changing rapidly: should a writer go the traditional route of finding an agent and a publisher, or should she self publish and risk getting lost in a sea of self-published authors all clamouring for readers? Is there a stigma to self-publishing? How can it work as part of an author's career plan? Kate talks to two writers, Marie Bilodeau and Linda Poitevin, who are practicing a hybrid of traditional and self publishing.
