Great minds think alike? Played Herbie Hancock / Rockit just yesterday on Loosely Connected. As part of JazzFest psych-up of course. Herbie shows are always fantastic, and who knows what style he'll be on. Different every time. Rats! Ry Cooder and Tanya Tagaq are on the same night, many km apart... Tagaq is a DO NOT MISS for anyone who has never witnessed her live performances before. Definitely not your Grandmother's throat singing. Can emote joy and terror, sometimes at the same time. Will make the hair stand up on the back of your neck.

Course Marshal, Greens-keeper & Semi-Pro Shop Attendant PS: Ry C's 'Prodigal Son' (not Joachim, the album) has been in heavy rotation in the Untamed Ranchmobile. (That line in 'Gentrification' slays me every time.)
