Music & Beyond continues until July 17. Bluesfest starts tonight and runs until July 16 .

A wonderful concert last night by The Kronos Quartet as part of The Music & Beyond inspired the first part of today's show. The Kronos Quartet did The Who's "Baba O'Riley, noting that it was inspired by their friend, composer Terry Riley's "A Rainbow In Curved Air". Judge for yourself. Music & Beyond continues until July 17, with some fabulous concerts. The raucous big party that is Bluesfest starts tonight on the grounds of the War Museum, with concerts on multiple stages. Check their website for concerts right up to Sunday, July 16. If a quieter venue is your preference, Belfast singer-songwriter Anthony Toner plays the Black Sheep in Wakefield on Sat. July 15
