The Ottawa Chamber Music Festival kicks off this weekend and runs until August 7th. World music group, The Orchid Ensemble, performs twice during this year's festival, at 10:30 p.m. Monday, July 26, and on Tuesday, July 27 at 3:30 p.m. Percussionist, Jonathan Bernard, phoned in to talk about the work of the Orchid Ensemble, with its unique line up of erhu (Chinese violin), zheng (Chinese zither), marimba and an array of other percussion instruments.
