Guest Geoff Nuttall, first violinist of the St. Lawrence String Quartet speaking about Haydn and the Ottawa Chamber Music Festival

Today I am joined by Geoff Nuttal, co-founder and 1st violinist of the St. Lawrence String Quartet, one of Canada's premiere chamber ensembles. Currently they are focusing quite heavily on the great master of the string quartet, Joseph Haydn. As well as speaking with Geoff Nuttal, we will hear the St. Lawrence String Quartet in music by Osvaldo Golijov. The St. Lawrence String Quartet will be performing at 6 concerts focused on Haydn's quartets at this year's Chamber festival.
