Simon McKeown

HOST OF: WHAT!

YEAR STARTED: 2024

Simon is a journalism student at Carleton University who just so happens to love digging for underground music. His program WHAT! highlights new local rawk and some tawk talent. He tries to do it bi-weekly and has since been enamored with the tranquility of live radio. 

When he's not on campus doing whatever, Simon likes to make photographs and walk around Ottawa. He is an occasional lover of sports, frequent enjoyer of two types of teas, and annoyingly allergic to cats even though he sort of has one. 

At the moment, his favourite record is Getting Killed by Geese.
