The Taste of Wellington Festival takes place along Wellington Street West for 1.9 km from Somerset Street to Island Park Drive, making it the world's longest street festival! The five CKCU shows that will be broadcasting live that day represent over 220 years of CKCU programming! CKCU will be celebrating 50 years of broadcasting on FM on the November 14-16 weekend.

Running 1.9 kilometres along Wellington Avenue West from Bayswater to Island Park, the Taste Of Wellington Festival is the world's *longest* festival! The event will feature food tastings, local shopping, live music, circus acts, buskers, roller disco, kids’ activities, live visual art creation, car shows, bouncy castles, face painting, gardening workshops, participatory yoga, free secure bike parking and a dog photo booth (!).
