Happiness Habits 613: We are a grassroots group in Ottawa-Gatineau created in 2015 that cultivates healthy habits in the community through the 9 Pillars of Happiness. Join us throughout February 2024 for free in-person indoor and outdoor events.

The Heart Institute Foundation: February is Heart Month and it is a time to come together to raise funds and awareness for the University of Ottawa Heart Institute. This February, you can support one of Canada’s most distinguished heart health centres by making a donation or raising funds on its behalf. Every dollar makes a difference in the fight against heart disease. It’s giving that goes straight to the heart of care in our community.

Décathlon: Through the generosity of Décathlon Ottawa (1055 St. Laurent Blvd), the winter pentathlon has snowshoes for all participants!

WAIVER (please read in full): In consideration of your acceptance on Eventbrite and your participation in Happiness Habits 613 events, you hereby release and covenant not to sue Happiness Habits 613, the Heart Institute Foundation, Décathlon, the City of Ottawa, and/or its leaders, for any and all present and future claims resulting from ordinary negligence and inherent risk during the Happiness Habits 613 outdoor events, including but not limited to, any loss, injury, damage or liability sustained by you.
