Empow(her) Network is pleased to invite you to our Relaunch Party! We're a dynamic and passionate group of young women who aim to provide opportunities for growth and networking for other local young women*, to encourage them to pursue positions of leadership.
Mix and mingle with local feminists and politicos while supporting a great cause!
We will be showcasing our updated website and new workshop series, networking with the community and raising money to support upcoming events and workshops in 2019.
Agenda:
5:30pm - Mingle
6:00pm - Opening Remarks
Please note that we will not be selling tickets in advance, instead we will be collecting donations at the event. Reminder this is a cash bar. Funds raised will go towards supporting our projects, events and workshops in 2019.
We would like to acknowledge that this event will be taking place on the traditional and unceded territory of the Algonquin nation.
This is an accessible building.
* We recognize that the term “women” may not encompass the diverse identities of our attendees. Please note, we welcome and strive to create an inclusive environment for all trans, non-binary and agender persons at our events.
