Collaboration between the Métis Nation of Ontario (MNO), Indigenous Survivors of Child Welfare Network (ISCWN), and Families of Sisters in Spirit (FSIS).
EVENT BREAKDOWN:
6 PM: OUTDOOR MARCH: BEGINS AT MNO OFFICE (214 Montreal Rd. Vanier) and proceeds for few blocks in Ottawa's Vanier neighbourhood. Hand-warmers and candles will be provided to marchers.
7 PM: INDOOR GATHERING: INSIDE MNO OFFICE (400-214 Montreal Rd.), snacks, warm beverages & information about upcoming Indigenous-led community events/programming. Space is wheelchair accessible and parking lot is free at rear as well as free street parking.
