Tell ‘Em Girl invites you to put yourself first for a change. Join us as we dive into the minds of five women in our community who will each share their experiences on achieving self care and self love. Including a Panel Discussion, you will leave with your belly full, beautiful memories, and the knowledge and tools to set you on the right foot towards proper self care and love. Surrounding the event will be framed words of encouragement brought to you by local Ottawa women so that we can literally be surrounded by positivity. Join us for a beautiful time of sisterhood and encouragement as we empower you to “Tell ‘Em Girl!”
