The guest speaker will be Shelley Spruit, a local grain farmer, baker and chef from “Against The Grain Farms” in Mountain, Ontario.
Shelley will present why, and how, they brought back heritage grains and local grains, all NON GMO that can be grown locally.
Coffee/tea and homemade treats are available at minimal cost.
