Trauma Informed Polyamory: Building Safety and Security
with Clementine Morrigan
Monday October 29 6:30pm
$25 ($15 sliding scale for students/seniors/those with limited income)

This workshop explores the ways in which our trauma histories can impact our ability to feel safe and secure in our polyamorous relationships. Going beyond jealousy as a framework, this workshop focuses on the importance of building safety and security, both internally and interpersonally.

Polyamory can be an amazing opportunity to work on relationship skills, develop secure attachments, and deepen both our knowledge of and our ability to communicate about our desires, boundaries, and needs. Approaching polyamory from a trauma informed perspective has the potential to enrich both our polyamorous relationships and our trauma recovery.

About the Space:
About the Space:
Venus Envy is a physically accessible space. We have an automatic door, no steps and a gender inclusive bathroom big enough for most mobility devices.

We use foldable, plastic chairs for our workshops. We have three softer chairs that we're happy to reserve if you get in touch with us before the workshop.

We do sell some scented products so we're unfortunately not able to make this a scent-free space. However, we do ask that guests refrain from wearing strongly scented products.

We're happy to book ASL interpretation for any of our workshops! Please get in touch with us in advance of the workshop if you would like us to book interpreters. At minimum, we will need one week's notice, but the earlier you can make your request, the better.

**Workshop attendees get 10% off after all our workshops!**
