The Lunettes (Alex Keenan, Ranna Bernard, Adele Dickson, Aden Dur-e-Aden, Katrina Westin, Kate Yule)
The Fembassy is produced in partnership with The Improv Embassy. Tickets are $10 at the door or online here: https://improvembassy.com/shop/the-fembassy/
Doors at 8:00, show at 8:30 PM.
The Fembassy’s aim is to grow and diversify the community by elevating the spectrum of feminized voices (be they Cis, Trans, Non-Binary or Two Spirit) and create an environment where they can take space and create comedy without compromise. We are geared toward giving women-identified and non-binary performers the opportunity to:
-See themselves represented onstage
-Have access to a welcoming, safer performing space
-Be free to speak one’s truth and take creative risks without the pressure to cater to mainstream tastes
-Join the community
We acknowledge that this event takes place on unceded and unsurrendered Algonquin territory.
