Human Rights Protections for Practicing Indigenous Spirituality

Background: The Ontario Human Rights Code includes legal protections for the fundamental right of Indigenous peoples to freely practice spiritual traditions, and to be treated equally and with dignity. Employers and service providers under provincial jurisdiction have a legal duty to uphold your right to be free from discrimination based on creed.

Learn more about your rights or obligations with a presentation from the Ontario Human Rights Commission. There will be an opportunity for a Q & A following the presentation. This educational session is open to individuals or organizations.

Register today for this free workshop - space is limited. Lunch will be provided.
