Ben Portsmouth, winner of Elvis Presley Enterprises’ 2012 Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist Contest in Memphis, back to Ottawa all the way from London, England! This performance will be a tribute to Elvis’ 80th Birthday which was on January 8, 2015. Ben will perform in black leather as well as in the requisite jumpsuit. Brycen Katolinsky from St. Catharines, ON, will shake, rattle ‘n roll with songs from the 50’s and early 60’s. Ben & Brycen will be joined by the Casino Brothers Band. Background vocals will be performed by Linda and LaTrisha from Dallas, who will make their debut appearance in Canada. Ottawa gospel group, Voices of Praise will also be featured. Our amazing emcee once again is TV personality, Derick Fage, from Rogers Cable TV.
Ben, who is from England, is the first non-American to win the title of UETA since its inception in 2007. Ben is a natural showman, entertainer and musician who prides himself in performing a tribute that captures Elvis' musical and charismatic stage presence. Ben has performed in theatres and arenas around the world, including England, the United States, Brazil and even Russia. Ben appeared during Elvis Week on the Late Show with David Letterman in February 2013 and performed an amazing rendition of ‘American Trilogy’.
