The Brotherhood presents the fourth edition of OttawArt.
Ottawart was created in order to provide local artists with the opportunity to showcase some of their amazing talents, in a city where it is often hard to get exposure. Hosted on the last Thursday of the month, it regroups an elegant crowd composed of mostly of young professionals looking for a soothing break away from the weekly routine.
Designed for an early night out, the event is scheduled from 7 to 11pm. The artists get to expose some of their pieces (paintings, photographs...), carefully placed around the venue in an effort to maintain a non-crowded and smooth atmosphere for the clientele to circulate and admire the beautiful craft. The audience gets to mingle and socialize while some of the best soul music gets played in the background. From Erica Badu to Musiq Soulchlid, The Brotherhood has put together an amazing selection of tunes that are so vital for setting the perfect mood for such an event.
Ottawart also features some of the best local poets, who get the opportunity to entertain our guests with some remarkable urban poetry skits. These performances are strategically spaced along the 4 hours event to allow the crowd to enjoy the art show.
