With this multidisciplinary installation, the well-known artist introduces seven workers, out-of-towners who came to live and work on both sides of the Ottawa River. Based on photographs, drawings and sound, Deux rives explores their daily lives through their means of transportation and itineraries. The project looks at the notions of time, space and language and, spanning over a year, highlights the passing of the seasons.
