The Festival takes place May 3-5 in the Arts Court Theatre (2 Daly Ave) and features food and drink samples presented by Tastes of Europe at 6:30pm followed by a screening at 7pm.
Over the three nights, 22 eclectic and engaging short films from 22 Member States of the European Union will be screened.
The Screenings:
Thursday, May 3 Imagination Lives!
Eight short films that explore the life of the imagination and how that imaginative life can get us through
almost anything. Suitable for ages 10+.
Friday, May 4 Life Challenges
These eight films examine, with both intense drama and with humour, a number of urgent personal and social issues in contemporary life. Suitable for mature audiences.
Saturday, May 5 Life and Times
The final selection offers six films that deal with the different times of life, exploring ideas of relationship, memory, and mortality. Suitable for mature audiences.
