Bronson Centre, 211 Bronson Ave.

Join us, Wednesday May 30th for the Ottawa premier of Slut or Nut: Diary of a Rape Trial, along with a panel discussion with special guest, Mandi Gray! Mandi is travelling from Toronto to be part of this event.

This event is brought to you by Feminist Twins, with the support of the Ottawa Coalition to End Violence Against Women, Sexual Assault Network, The Law and Legal Department of Carleton University, Hollaback! Ottawa, Catherine McKenney, and Kelford Youth Services.

"Slut or Nut: The Diary of a Rape Trial" is a feature-length, documentary film, following activist Mandi Gray as she navigates the legal system after a sexual assault. Using Mandi's story, the film examines what it is like to report rape and different options for survivors. Will the legal system ever be able to give "justice" to those who experience sexual violence? What can we change to make the system better?
