A Fantastic LONG Interview with Martin Sexton

Tonight we had the chance to stretch out with Martin Sexton in a lovely, long interview where we talk about his Mom, his family, his musical roots and everything that goes into making the wonderful music he creates. We also talk about politics in song and the importance of artists sharing their observations in their music; the importance of having civil discussions about ideas and true acceptance of others as opposed to mere tolerance. It's a thoughtful and thought provoking conversation sandwiched between some great music by Martin Sexton - a fine introduction to the man if you don't know him or his work. Martin Sexton will be at Zaphod Beeblebrox on Friday, May 27. Don't miss him. http://martinsexton.com/ We also feature a couple of new tracks from Islands as the band will be appearing tomorrow night (May 17) at Ritual. http://islandsareforever.com/
