M. Sc. Neuroscience
Ph.D. Biochemistry
Postdoctoral training in molecular psychiatry and psychoneuroimmunology.
Last research position: Senior Researcher in Molecular and Behavioural Pharmacology at
Karolinska Institutet.

Sophie teaches part-time at uOttawa and Carleton on topics related to psychopharmacology,
pharmacology, learning and memory processes, mental health, neurodegenerative diseases, and
aging. She also sees clients as a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) at her private practice,

When not seeing clients or teaching, she enjoys listening to music, reading, and baking (because,
yes, it’s like science, just follow the protocol!)
