Tune in to hear Professor Janne Cleveland and rocket scientist-turned-playwright Lawrence Aronovitch speak with Sarah Waisvisz: playwright, director, and performer.    Her multidisciplinary solo show Monstrous, about Afro-Caribbean mixed-race identity was published in Alt.theatre 13.3; her play Heartlines (about Claude Cahun and Marcel Moore), was produced at Great Canadian Theatre Company, and will be featured in two forthcoming anthologies published by Playwrights Canada Press and Methuen Drama (Bloomsbury).  She directed Witness Shift for Obsidian Theatre/CBC Arts’ 21 Black Futures and is honoured to be working on The First Stone when it transfers to GCTC. Sarah is Assistant Professor at Queen’s University and is a Carleton University alumna, where she did her PhD in English.
