Saturday Morning—on a Tuesday night. I recognized that song, Down The Rideau Canal.

This set of songs is quite a departure from the last one. What a variety.

It is a bit :-). Maybe not sounding exactly like a Saturday morning, either.

Maybe a Saturday morning before I really started listening to CKCU.

A late switch in the set: you'll hear me mention a tune called "Black Bowie": as the second track it was replaced by "Nailingi Yo", which was moved from the final track in the set and repl;aced by "Niggality".

Nigallity reminded me of Zero 7. Thought I recognized Ellen McIlwaine’s voice. I met her at Folk Fest in 2028 or 2029–she was so down to earth and lovely. Great show. Nighty-night!

Night-night Shelley, and thanks for recalling meeting Ellen at Folk Fest :-)
