I just can't separate the two... Jon's hippie space alien aesthetic is just a fundamental part of Yes. I'm actually trying to think of some Yes-influenced groups that have a very different vocal sound and I'm embarrassingly coming up a little blank... they definitely exist though!

Maybe Wobbler (From Silence to Somewhere, my favorite, or Rites at Dawn, the most Yes-influenced), or Glass Hammer (Yes and Kansas influences, a lot of albums have female vocalists, Inconsolable Secret is my favorite from them).
