| Christine Jake bio: while studying classical voice at the University of Ottawa, Christine discovered songwriting as a more personal means of expression through music than the repertoire she was used to. Since graduating in 2016, she has been creating music of her own and performing it, finding inspiration from thoughts and observations on the human experience and stories she has come across. Her sound results from the combination of her classical formation and the influences of the rock jazz and folk music she loves so much. She released her debut EP Satellite Moons in September 2017.
