Acoustic Frontiers
Monday July 26th, 2021 with Ralph Hopper
Final program: a look back at the inaugural program from 2002. Kevin Austin, Wende Bartley, Daniel Scheidt/Catherine Lewis, Francis Dhomont, Barry Truax/Russell Hartenberger, Larry Lake

It has been a real pleasure doing Acoustic Frontiers for 15 years on air here on CKCU and I will certainly miss doing the shows as well as the contacts from so many composers/musicians from around the world who have supported the program by sending me their music. And a big thanks to all the folks who have been listening to the program live at 93.1 fm, live streamed or On Demand from our archive. Enjoy the final show.

Ralph, not sure how I'll cope without my dose of electro acoustic every Monday afternoon. always fully of interesting and stimulating sounds, and delivered with such professional and thoughtful presentation. I really hope you will reconsider sooner than later and come back to doing Acoustic Frontiers, I'll definitely be missing it!

I am greatly touched and appreciative of the comments and for having so many people tune in to this strange and wonderfully different music for many years. Thank you everyone. Ralph
