Happy Friday to all the “Drive” family out there and welcome to this week’s show!
Here we go with another weekend warm up featuring some of the music that surfaced while getting my sets together for my weekend that I thought would be a nice soundtrack for your unwind from the week and wind up for whatever the weekend has in store.
On the menu this evening we have some Ottawa spiritual Jazz, old & new school Hip Hop / Trip Hop grooves, UK Afrobeat, UK Soul and Funk in the unwinding first hour of the show and in the winding up second hour we’ll be featuring some Nu-Disco, Classic Disco-Boogie Hip Hop and a little Bruk to wrap things up.
This week’s soundtrack is brought to you by Atlantis Jazz Ensemble, Visioneers, World’s Famous Supreme Team, Bonobo, The Flying Hats, Voilaaa, Up, Bustle & Out, Temu, No Go Stop, The CJP Band and more.
Hope you all enjoy this week’s offering and thank you for taking the time to tune in whenever and wherever you are.
Keep it locked!
