A busy show today with all local Ottawa artists featured! This On Demand version of the show is a bit longer as I had to edit some interview segments to fit the 60 minute format of the FM broadcast of the Guest List. We open in conversation with Maggie Woodley of Scary Bear Soundtrack, as the group is about to release a new album, "past tense future memory." We talk about how a theme of anxiety runs through the songs, even though four different songwriters created them. Scary Bear Soundtrack is performing as part of the Under The Stars weekend at Club SAW on August 14th - and there are performances also on August 15th.
