John Southworth has been making fantastic, genre-bending music since he emerged with his pop gem Mars Pennsylvania back in 1997. He has since released 17 cross-genre albums each stylistically varied from the other, and his latest , The Red Castle came out in November. John joins us today to talk about his songcraft, the incredible musicians who helped him make The Red Castle and the ideas behind some of the beautiful songs on his latest release.
