HOST OF: The Good Gather Project

Jennifer Laale / JL Laale 'Lola' is a facilitator, writer, and lifelong explorer of practice, play, and presence. For more than 25 years, she has worked as an improv-based team-building facilitator, helping individuals, organizations and teams cultivate trust, stay present, and navigate change with greater ease and authenticity.
Known for making deep work feel welcoming, human, and alive, Jennifer serves as a Practice Champion—guiding people to reimagine practice not as something rigid or demanding, but as a supportive bridge between who they are, who they are becoming, and what matters most. Her workshops weave together reflective writing, creativity, gentle embodiment, and improvisation to quiet self-judgment and reconnect participants with their inner wisdom.
Through all her work Jennifer invites people to soften, listen, and trust that the words and guidance they seek are already within them.

JL Laale 'Lola'  is the host of the new and upcoming podcast The Good Gather Project which spotlights free and low-barrier events where community, creativity, and connection thrive. Through collaborative radio and video storytelling, it amplifies the people creating inclusive spaces — and invites others to champion the good happening all around us.
