Community Event

Doors Open Ottawa is an annual event offering the public completely free access to over 90 of the city's architecturally, culturally, and historically significant buildings. The event—the second-largest of its kind in Canada—features guided and self-guided tours, special behind-the-scenes access, and virtual content for sites that normally charge admission or are otherwise closed to the public.
