Planning for Abolition is a Carleton University research project examining how urban and regional planning can advance restorative and transformative justice by reducing reliance on policing, prisons, and surveillance.

As part of the project, they’re hosting a free film screening at the Ottawa Art Gallery on Friday, February 13, featuring short documentaries about how communities create safety and care together.
