Loosely Connected

Early, newer and experimental electronica, psych, dub. And a monkey…

Today's Loosely Connected mis-adventure mostly trips around some older experimental electronica, newer work from old farts, and a solid trip with older Pink Floyd. Plenty of time-travel involved. Do hit us up on the Interactive Thingy (over there ==>). We'd love to hear from you!

Hi PeterB, Weren't the children singing this song just before they were attacked by The Birds? BTW caught up with LC last month--really appreciated the double-shot of ELLA! Yes there are Verve Remixed/Unmixed 3 and 4, These too are good, but 1 and 2 are my favourites.

Hi S.A.M. I don't know my HItchcock well enough, but does sound plausible. I think some of the sounds in the first track was from Psycho. Both scary!!

Excellent show today--really liked the Lee 'Scratch' Perry tune. Glad he is still going strong.

(After the fact, but hey....) Thanks Shelley Ann. Really appreciate your interest and listening in, as usual. Even if by time travel via the OnDemand thingy. You can certainly expect lots more of the brand spankin' new Lee "Scratch" Perry / Science, Magic, Logic. It is a really good trip, top to bottom. Dude is 81!!!! And still pushing the limits really hard. Just WOW.
