The Power of Sacred Sounds

THE POWER OF SACRED SOUNDS The human voice can be something exquisitely beautiful to listen to, and so powerful that it can bring one to tears and inspiration. Have you ever had the experience of being so moved by a song that you could feel its effect throughout your entire body? The yoga of sound involves chanting which is an ancient technique used throughout the world that is believed to connect body, mind and spirit as one and is said to make people feel more alive, peaceful and centered. On this episode of I Am Alive Chanting Facilitator Chris Schmiedel explores this ancient art with us.
