| Questions Alex Goodman - Second Act - Lyte Records

| Guitarist/composer Alex Goodman is celebrating the release of his fifth album, Second Act, with a show on Thursday, June 22 at the Ottawa Jazz Festival.
"Second Act" will be released June 23 on Lyte Records. Lynn René Bayley of Art Music Lounge says "No one could ever call Alex Goodman boring...a splendid recording." The Toronto native is one of NYC's rising jazz stars, and Second Act features a band chock full of next-generation jazz voices including saxophonist Matt Marantz, pianist Eden Ladin, bassist Rick Rosato, and drummer Jimmy Macbride.
