Matt Gower (Capital Grass & The No Men, Ottawa Folklore Centre) joins Chris White to co-host today. The show features many anniversaries, including the 25th anniversary of the Old Sod Folk Music Society, the 25th anniversary of the Old Sod Band... and the start of the 35th year of Canadian Spaces, Canada's longest-running folk radio program, founded in September, 1980 by the late Chopper McKinnon. We also look ahead to the 10th anniversary of the Canadian Folk Music Awards taking place at Bronson Centre in Ottawa from November 27th to 29th. And it's John Allaire's birthday to boot!
