Hi,spoke with you about the last poets and my frustration finding new iterations of the melding of spoken word and jazz.ARichie Shepp has done a bit of this and there's the fabulous stuff done by Alex mortimer and his beatnik persona.I guess what gets to me is the musical cadence of the black voice from street cred to colonial hybrid. Open to suggestions . peterbunnett@gmail.com

Hi Peter, I will be going through my collection and hopefully put together some cool spoken word stuff you'll dig! Thank you for listening and engaging me, it's always appreciated!
