Folly and the Hunter appear at the Black Sheep Inn on Saturday, February 1. Don't miss this amazing group in concert as they weave beautiful tapestries using guitars, strings, horns, percussion (like glockenspiels) and a pump organ. We talk to Nick Vallee from the group.
Beckie Foon plays cello with Montreal's Esmerine. The group includes members and former members of Godspeed You Black Emperor, Thee Silver Mt. Zion Memorial Orchestra,Set Fire to Flames and Saltland so you know this is a group creating fantastic sounds - post-rock avante-chamber music perhaps. Esmerine performs at the Black Sheep Inn on Friday, January 24. Don't miss it. Get out and see some live music this week.
