My annual memorial show for the late Ustad Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan, one of the greatest voices of the 20th century. He passed away at the young age of 49 on August 16, 1997. While we celebrate the music and the life of Nusrat, we should also think of the people of Pakistan, millions who have lost their homes, livelihoods, and are at terrible risk of disease and starvation.
